Roughly translated from Latin means “The universal canonical law in a clear method according to the titles of the five books of the Decretals”.

About the author:

Reverend Father Anacleto Reiffenstuel (1671–1742) was a Jesuit theologian and canonist. He was born in Munich, Germany, and became renowned for his works in canon law.

His most notable contribution is this book "Jus Canonicum Universum" (Universal Canon Law), which was published in multiple volumes.

This work is considered one of the most comprehensive treatises on canon law and was widely used as a reference in the Catholic Church. Reiffenstuel's scholarship and expertise in canon law earned him recognition and respect within the Church during his time and beyond.
