This patinated bronze sculpture of a young woman or nymph was cast by the Raingo Fréres Foundry of Paris after a model attributed to Joseph-Charles Marin, a famous French sculptor. The lovely face of this young woman radiates joy and her wavy hair adds a touch of playfulness. The bust sits on a short marble column that has a patinated bronze laurel leaf wreath wrapped around the base on top a marble socle. Height: 16.5 in. Width: 8 in. Depth: 5 in.
