Antique Painted Bronze Crucifix

This antique bronze crucifix is painted silver. Though the cross is mostly unadorned, the base, which shows signs of heavy use, showcases particularly beautiful stylized plants. Besides the body of Christ, the center of this crucifix is the large filigree halo inset in the four corners where the cross beams meet.
