Vintage Set of 2 French Palm Tree Lamps in the manner of Maison Jansen

Purchased in the south of France, here is a wonderful set of 2 Vintage French Palm Tree Lamps in the manner of Maison Jansen. These lamps are currently both unwired but can easily be wired by the new owners if desired. These lamps measure approx. 34”H and would make a wonderful decorative addition to any home. Made in France circa late 70s/early 80s.

About Maison Jansen:

Maison Jansen was a Paris based interior decoration firm founded in 1880 by Dutch born Jean-Henri Jansen. Maison Jansen was considered the premiere design company, combining traditional furnishings with new trends serving a global clientele. Maison Jansen closed in 1989.

These rare palm tree table lamps are Vintage made in France circa late 70s/ early 80s in the manner of Maison Jansen. It is a 20th century masterpiece with intricately crafted brass palm fronds and brass tree trunk. The cubed planter base consists of patinated gilt brass and black glass panels. Truly a design classic that remains avant garde and exciting in any installation.
